Buddy System for teachers: Community of learners and teacher to be established who could safely share own experiences with a buddy or in Faculty.

Appraisal diary for every teacher (digital or paper): Power-point format which could be uploaded and shared with a buddy of Faculty.

Lesson observation by buddy (2 to 3 teachers in a group):1 x Short video clip in class from buddy to share and to discuss after a lesson. Use of an ipad.

Buddies (teacher groups): Research and explore other countries teaching and learning development. Investigate and compare own teaching practice (Teaching as Inquiry).

“Moodle” type of sharing online (Google Drive) on interesting education matters, teaching and learning. Community of teachers at HC. It could be in the form of blogging (Google Drive).

Create a quality, secluded, private, and undisturbed area for teachers to discuss all type of school matters, and to do interviews and to do appraisal. etc. Very well furnished. (booking on door).

Include more personal goals and career planning into appraisal system. Whole person development (Maslow).

Include more measuring tools (visual chart & graph) for comparison (progress). For example student achievement, teacher development, progress towards goals, etc.
