The reactor

• Pressurised Water Reactor based on over 1000 reactor years of evolutionary designs.

• 2 x 1630 MW (electrical)• Evolutionary design:

Increased safety External protection from aircraft

less uranium and produces less long-lived radioactive wastes v other designs.
