The web has meant:
- Increase virtual users - Increased users in the archive (most people know this file) -Change of behavior in face-users: they spend less time in the archive-They find faster the information, we have to respond faster.
Social media: -it is possible to have a younger public e (35-50 years) in fb. In twitter, is younger and profesionals and geanologists- The users to communicate with the archive mostly use email and facebook, no twitter. - Gradually go to work: contributions - We know the Behavior of users, but not their identity : how long, how many comments, how many questions, but not more. Is a different.
