Patterns have been in the making for a long time. You have most likely been in your relationships for a while (this includes all types of relationships). In that while, you've also created patterns that are inevitably hard to break, not only for you, but for the person or people around you. Being mindful that others do not know what you're learning and may not change at your pace is important.• Remember that others may be intimidated or threatened by your change. Sometimes people become so entrenched in toxic relationships that when one person starts to get healthy, they become more angry and insecure about their own flaws and mistakes.
