Respected Inspirer, Allow me to introduce ourselves: United Arts Society is a registered organization created by art enthusiasts, artists and social entrepreneurs who together aspire to bring back the richness and vibrancy of art and culture into the everyday lives of youngsters.

Provoked by the present lack of awareness and participation in the many art forms that exist, we decided to take a proactive stance and have come together to provide a platform where educationists and students will be provided with all the support and resources required to restore art a valued place in our lives and society. UAS has been established to provide exposure to various forms of performing, fine and visual art forms through education, therapy, entertainment and career options. While skills and training in conventional subjects are aimed towards equipping a child with a means to make a living, it is our firm belief that a quality of life can only be provided by the creativity, innovation and beauty that emerges through art.

Our objective is to empower educationists with the versatile and extraordinary strength of art as a teaching tool. Art can and should be incorporated into education, so that learning becomes fun, interesting and interactive, stimulating creativity, innovation and imagination in our next generation. UAS has the unique strength to offer a complete solution in over 150 art forms. We offer a single stop solution, wherein a person can not only discover his/her art calling, but obtain sufficient support, experiential learning and training as well as job opportunity in the future. Below are listed more details on the various delivery designs we offer, to students (ages 8 -16) as well as the teachers. Our modules range from brief one day introductions, through weekend programs, to intensive programs, in order to cater to the diverse needs of our audience. We also offer a Granny Summer camp for the holiday season. I am hopeful that your esteemed organization will share our vision and partner us in revitalizing the Indian education system. First Touch:

The tiny tots with curious eyes, eager minds and a question for everything that comes their way take their first steps in experiencing art. First Touch is their opening into the multi-hued world of art. Here they learn a lot of interesting facts about the varied aspects of art, having oodles of fun letting their imagination come alive and creating masterpieces.

Two art forms are dealt with in each session- a performing art and a fine art. The memorable hours of First Touch come with first hand feel to the selected art form by the participant making it a precious journey.

First Touch is a precursor to Young World Forum. It is offered as either a one or two day’s workshop. It is our way of touching kids’ lives and helping them realize the miracles they can create with it. These sessions are conducted at a place convenient to you, for children in the age group of 8 -16 years.

Young World Forum:

As students, we led a cocooned life amidst academics and limited sports/hobby opportunities. On hindsight, we realize that young imaginative minds need to be left free to create wonders and the apt medium to do that was Art. Thus, Young World Forum was born.

Young World Forum is a platform that exposes kids to 150 different art forms. In this 150 hours program, kids experience the colourful, exuberant world of art. They are taught a performing art and a fine art in each session. A lot of enjoyable activities are planned in a way that enables learning about each art form from a practicing artist. The kids are also provided with the raw materials and are given an opportunity to try their hand at each art form. Field trips to studios, art galleries, live performances, concerts, etc... Provide an authentic sample of real life art careers.

After the Six month workshop, based on our observation, the artists’ opinions, and discussion with parents, and most importantly after the kids have chosen the art form they want to pursue, they are given extensive training in the chosen art form. The kids can then display their skill in an exclusive performance.



The motive behind YWF is not to churn artists out of children, but to take one through a world filled with infinite possibilities to learn, experiment, taste, savour and experience the gamut of art forms, which otherwise would remain like a paradise unexplored.

This is an initiative of United Art Society to encourage kids to appreciate art not as a muse or hobby but as the essence of complete life.

Creative Tree:

Is a custom made Art workshop in one particular Art form from, visual, Performing, Fine or contemporary art genre which culminates into Event, Performance, or School function & competition in form of staged performance, Exhibition, self made movies screening, etc.... Creative Tree is designed keeping in mind that every kid gets to perform and showcase their talent in their selected genre of art. It also answers the event planning and production needs of every school.

Spectrum:

Art Education in UAS has so far been a package of over 150 art forms, to allow participants to taste a bit of everything on offer, before deciding what's to be the dessert one prefers. Now, we offer Spectrum – a service for someone who knows which art form he/she wants to pursue – either before or after their tryst with Young World forum. It is also our answer to the question “What next after YWF?”

Here is where one gets to focus, learn and master the art form of one's choice. These sessions will conducted by practicing artists who know their trade as well as the practical tricks of the trade. Standard packages for sessions on every art form in our list our lined up as per requirement.

Unlike Young World Forum (which is meant for kids in the age group of 8-16), Spectrum is a product which caters to people of all age groups. It would be a place where home-makers, businessmen, lawyers, corporate employees – everyone will learn art under one roof. For kids aged 8-16, we prefer if they attend the 6-month long YWF, before they enrol for Spectrum.

Art & Teachers:

This particular module is designed to make schools enabling environments for all students by empowering educators, to become energetic, effective, reflective practitioners and life-long learners with Art (performing, Fine, Visual) as a tool to effective teaching. Various art forms are used as training tools for infusing the school education system in India with new energy, enthusiasm and expertise for learning Subjects like Maths, History, Science, Literature and general curriculum subjects. This helps in making the process of learning and imparting knowledge much more fun and exciting.

We believe each Teacher is an Artist in his/her class, and performs their level best to tell the Story of the practical life.



Target audience is the teaching faculty of the education institute.

Art & Teachers: is a simple, entertaining yet educational experience, where Teaching faculty can nourish their inner child and play with paints, clay and learn to create. It is an exquisite hour where your facilitators pick up paint brushes and are excited to put their innumerable inspirations into their art work. Not only is it an excellent way for them to unwind and relax, but also allows them to take these learning back to their classrooms and open up new canvas and ways of learning to the same math, science, and curriculum.

Art Support System:

This Service is being developed to act as a support system to art education of the general mainline educational organisation. Here, we help your educational organisation to develop Art learning curriculum, in selection of the Art faculty, maintenance of the art inventories, Art books and library set up, planning of art Events and providing complete end to end Art and Artist needs support.

We will collaborate with you to create and manifest systems for inspired, experiential learning in your campus premises.
