• Steps:

1. Each exterior angle = 360/12 = 30

2. Interior angle : 180 – exterior angle

3. = 180 -30 = 150

• In point B we have 7 as X 2 and 9 as Y2.

• The formula for slope calculation is :

• ( (Y2 – Y1) / (X 2 – X1)

• = (9-5) / (7-3)

• =4/4

• =1 answer.

• As you can see that from each point, you can make two diagonals in pentagon.

• The formula for calculating the number of diagonals is : (n X (n-1) /2) - n

• N = number of sides • =(5 *4) / 2 - 5• =10 -5 = 5

If there is a hexagon, how many diagonals can it have?

• As we can see hexagon has 6 angles.

• The formula for calculating the number of diagonals is : (n X (n-1) /2) - n

• N = number of sides • =(6 *5) / 2 - 6• =15 -6 = 9 ans.

• Divide 360 by 6 (because there are 6 lines).

• Thus we get 60. this is the measurement of one external angle.

• Thus internal angle is : 180 – 60 = 120 degree.
