Guarantee Scheme for First Year Undergraduates
1. You must firmly accept your course offer via UCAS by the 30th June
2. Apply for accommodation by the 30th June
3. You must be aged 18 years or above at the time of taking up residence in the
hall (September 2013).
- Includes residents living within Greater London
- Excludes students choosing City as their Insurance choice

Prices and contract lengths
• Weekly rates start from £185 for this academic year

Payment options
• 1 single payment or 3 termly instalments
• UK based Guarantor and student loan confirmation required for termly instalment
• Terms and conditions of contracts set by the housing provider*
• If you studying a course with the SCHS you will have the option to move in
early and also to extend your contract over summer at all 3 halls*

How to Apply
Online application form
Apply by 30th June to be covered by
guarantee scheme.
• Students with a conditional offer of a place at City University can expect to
hear from us once the 'A' level results are released in August.
• Unconditional offer holders can expect to hear from us before this - usually
in July.
Private Sector Accommodation
Some students choose not to apply for City University halls of residence and
instead opt to move into private sector accommodation in the London area.
