Fawcett shared their knowledge and skills with students and teachers at Cranebrook High School.

Students, Teachers and Parents brainstormed ideas for the content of the school website

After each group collected their ideas onto post it notes the teams then shared their ideas.

Monique then walked the group through the planning process for their project.

The students came up with some great ideas for planning the website and identifying what sorts of skills will be needed.

Peter Longman presented a workshop on interviewing

Peter Longman - ABC State Director.

Peter Longman talked about the importance of research and well structured questions to produce a great interview. He then showed the Cranebrook HS students some examples of interviews and sought their comments and observations.

The students tried out their skills as interviewers and ‘talent’

Next the students did some research about a famous person they would like to be or to interview.

Using their research and some advice from Peter they then worked on and improved their interviewing technique.

Principal Ms. Summerhayes was interviewed by one of the students.

The students demonstrated great improvement in their interviews.
