ONE WORLD ONE LOVEONE WORLD ONE LOVE• The name of our

play was One world one love .It was held atVidya Mandir on 28th August ,Saturday . The play started at 11a.m. and lasted till 12 noon .

Rehearsals

• We , our teachers and class 4 had practiced a lot for the program . Our rehearsals started from 8th August and got over till 27th August.

My role.

• My role in the play was of an African girl . I learnt to dance on the famous song “Waka-Waka’’, sang by THE one and only Shakira, along with my friends.

It’s features.• I was dressed very

beautifully on the day of concert by make-up men . I was made to wear a skirt and top .I was really fortunate as I came to know about the African culture.We also did a Malaika number.

MUSIC AND DANCE

• I performed on the song “Waka-Waka” sung by Sakira a famous performer and singer.We all also danced on some African folk music which were sung by choir boys .

Message of the play• The message of the concert was

everyone is united inspite of different caste and colour.

• The message was conveyed through a simple song “ Tell me why ? “ At the end of the concert the Headmistress asked the parents to give their comments on the concert .Everyone appreciated it and the concert got over.

In scene viii The Winds of Change, dressed

as a Tiger I was an integralpart of the animal worlddisturbed by the reversalof the Law of the Universe.

The king ordered that human beings should work during the night and sleep during the day. This endangered the life of the animals and they were filled with remorse and agony.

I liked the song ‘ tell me why…’ the most as both the music and the lyric was mind blowing.

The play aimed at spreading the message of love, Harmony and Oneness and that it is never too late to remedy a folly.

The audience cheered us with a thunderous applause.

Everyone appreciated the spontaneous co-ordinated effort of all the

participants.
