How was it used? What was the result?

Directing Directing the models who will be in the photograph. I directed their posture and how they should pose for the camera. Where they have stand/sit etc.

They listened to me and the photographs looked great.

Managing I managed the discussions in the meetings.

The discussion lead to decisions being made which were successful and worked out.

Photographer I used this skill when taking the photographs of the models.

I used different camera angles and techniques which, in my opinion, gave outstanding results.

Communicating I had to call up the people who auditioned and let them know if they are through to be a model and let us take photographs of them.

I spoke clearly and they understood me.
