Teaching Digital Citizenship in the Elementary Classroom This project is a bit difficult to assess in a common format due to the fact that each project is self-selected and may be quite unique. Our goal will be to grade with a focus on the following outcomes: (See rubric on page two for point breakdown) The project should introduce your topic, and then provide a workable plan and list of resources and PLN members for audience members to move forward with. The project is planned, designed, and created through the lens of an educational technology integration coach. The audience for the project consists of teachers and/or school administrators. The project is visibly improved with feedback from your professional learning network (PLN). Additionally, you have provided feedback to others regarding their work. The project is directly related to one or more ILT competencies and at least one of the following: AASL , Highly Effective Library , or ISTE NETS*C . The project is presented to the class in an engaging manner using web 2.0 tools which allow the audience to participate and/or provide feedback. Presentations will occur at the final class meeting. If you are a distance learner, we can figure out a plan for your final presentation. (Skype, Google+ Hangout, etc.) A rubric will be provided on Edmodo for your project presentation (10 points) Possible Project Ideas: Other ideas are welcome (with instructor permission).
