PHASE TWO | Rewards

For intern, volunteer, assistant andapprentice learners, rewards forcoursework completion can includetangible goods such as mobile airtime,simple souvenirs, and low cost fungadgets. Foradvanced interns, rewards may includesignificant prizes such as new cellphones, bicycles, clothes and othergoods.

S|A|C provides training apps appropriate tothe on-the-ground social enterprises andtheir home-office sponsoring agenciesappropriate to internship, volunteering,training and apprenticeship. This allowsclients to gain important soft skills relatedto eventual employment.

The outcome for this second learning experienceprovides measurable training outcomes related to thetraining goals of the sponsoring agency. For socialenterprise in health, education, business training andother livelihood improvement activities, these internsand apprentices will gain valuable life skills that canimprove their odds of being successful workers andentrepreneurs.
