• Translation of 6 books, authors: P. Drucker, A. Haris, C. Glickman, Linda Lambert, -Robert Marzano, Timothy Waters and Brian McNulty-, Douglas Griffin

• Translations of articles from foreign languales• 15 titles of books on leadership in Lithuanian procured and introduced at

regional educational centres, filmed• Attendance of three conferences: Annual Leadership Conf in GB; ICSEI

2011 Congress (International forum); ICOT 2011 Conf: Developing a Culture of Good Thinking (International forum), presentations at national level

• COMENIUS network: Conf in Tallinn, Bolzano, Material on pre and in service training of principals from 26 countries

Activities of 2011 - 2014 Piloting of the results of Stage 1

• Leadership models with 15 municipalities and 75 schools• 75 students studing at the university, Leadership program• Studies following a non-formal program• 9 more consultancy programs• Redesigning of the legal system to support leadership• Two forums with 300 participants each• Two more longitudinal researches• PR of all the activities of the project (filming and documenting)
