10 rules for skiing

Szkoa Podstawowa nr 24 im. N. Kroczka w Zabrzu, POLAND

1. Check if your equipment is in good condition

2. Wear a helmet

3. Wear appropriate skiing costume

4. Observe and obey all signs and warnings

5. Be under adults/instructors care

6. Do a warm-up before skiing

7. Go to the toilet before skiing

8. Take breaks during skiing.
Eat and drink something hot

9. Respect other skiers! Look around and give way to others

10. Check weather forecasts and conditions on the slope
