Put all the setup material to office

Give important customer data to site executive at end of day

Take care of Customer form

Some Important Pointers

Selection of right team is very important prefer exhibition team members

from the respective site

Give briefing session/Training to each team member before exhibition day

Make stall as soon as you get stall charge from exhibitors

Always come half hour before exhibition start timing

In exhibition only focus on customers

If required send them to site or let them speak to site manager

No customer data , No Customer handled
