WHY SHOULD WE MEASUREAND HOW?

To ensure that the challenges of decision makers in financing the move from rhetoric’s to action as regards youth and development issues is reduced and actors, proponents of sustainable development and public- private sector based support benefit from new patterns of human development.

Young people are central to the sustainable impact of development outcome in the present and future.

There is the inter-relationship between participation and the performance and sustainability of public policy and financing.
