DOUBLE ROOM
A ROOM that has a double bed and is
meant for two persons.
Standard Size of the bed is
54 inch by 75 inch
TWIN ROOM
A room that has two single beds, separated from each other, which is meant for two people.
Standard Size of each bed is
36 inches by 75 inches
TRIPLE / TRIAD ROOM
Room with three single bed separated with each other and is meant for three people
QUAD ROOMA Room has four single beds separated from each other, and is meant for four people
HOLLYWOOD TWIN BED ROOM
A Room that has two single beds that share a common head board, and which is meant for two people
PARLOUR
A PARLOUR IS A SITTING ROOM WHEREONLY CHAIRS AND TABLES ARE PROVIDED. IT NORMALLY EXISTS AS AA PART OF SUITE. PARLOUR MAYHAVE DISPENSE BAR IN IT.
STUDIO ROOM
A Parlor set up with one or two studioBeds or couches or sofa cum bed
SUITE-ROOM
SUITE ROOM
The most luxurious room in a hotel. It has two or more bedrooms and a kitchenette.
It is the most important room for the following reasonsThe size of the room is larger than the other roomsMore facilities are offered e.g compact kitchenetteThe room has facilities like a refrigerator, beverage
pantry etc It has a distinctive décor or color which often gives the
suite its name It has elaborate fittings and fixtures It is the most expensive room in the hotel
IT IS A SUITE SITUATED ON TWO DIFFERENT LEVELS AND IS CONNECTED BY A INTERNALSTAIRCASE. THE BED ROOM IS ON THE UPPER LEVEL AND THE SITTING IS ONTHE LOWER LEVEL.
INTERCONNECTED ROOM
Two rooms adjacent to each other having an interconnecting door. The interconnecting door can be locked to discontinue its use. Generally preferred by families
PENTHOUSE SUITE
A Room situated on the terrace, a part of which may be opened to the sky
CABANA ROOM
A room used for changing or bathing, usually situated next to the swimming pool. It is usually attractive with a small bar attached. It may also be furnished with a sofa cum bed

PRESEDENTIAL SUITE
IT IS A SUITE WITH TWO OR MORE BED ROOMS
EACH ONE HAVING ATTACHED BATHROOMS
IT IS A ROOM WHICH IS USED ONLY BY THERESEDENTIAL GUESTSTO ENTERTAIN THEIR GUESTS AND TO HOLD PARTIES OR MEEETINGS.IT IS CHARGED ON AN HOURLY BASIS.
HOSPITALITY ROOM
Sico RoomA ROOM WITH A BED THAT CAN BESET UP AGAINST THE WALL WHEN NOT IN USE. IT MAY NOT HAVE APICTURE FRAME OR HEADBOARD AT THE BACK OF THE BED.The bed is known as Murphy bed
SOLARIUMTHIS TYPE OF ROOM IS COVERED BY GLASSES WHICH ALLOWS SUNRAYS TO FILTER IN. IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES SOLARIUM IS PREFFERED.
JUNIOR SUITE
IN A LARGE ROOM PARTITION DONE BY USING A WOODEN BOARDIS KNOWN AS JUNIOR SUITE.
