Schwartz Financial Service, Inc. philosophy is

firmly grounded in the belief of diversified long-term

investing. We evaluate each client’s total financial

position, individual needs and objectives. We counsel our

clients to have long-term views of their portfolio, and hold

securities for an appropriate amount of time to reduce the

tax implications. We do our own in-house research and

analysis by using the media, internet and other

finance/business resources. We look for solid, stable, and

growing companies and keep a close eye out for new trends

in the economy.

We believe in diversification and proper allocation

between numerous stocks and mutual funds with a

wide range of goals. We also utilize a wide variety of in-

dustries from construction to telecommunication. We do

not trade frequently, provide “hot stock” tips, promise un-

realistic returns, or “time” the stock market.

The investment mix for each client is determined based

on their initial interview. Their portfolios are managed

according to their wishes and profile, from there we update

accordingly. Since we also offer tax preparation and tax

planning services, we take that additional knowledge

of our clients’ financial situations into consideration

while making portfolio decisions. With each client, we

agree upon client objectives and goals, Our clients’ invest-

ment policies range from ultra-conservative to very ag-

gressive.

Each client’s policy is implemented in a disciplined

consistent manner. We monitor, review, and make re-

visions as needed on a daily basis. Brokerage statements

are sent monthly and report portfolio results quarterly. Our

services are objective and designed to benefit you. Build-

ing long-term wealth potential requires at least 3-5 years

of planning and good investing habits. Trustworthy, disci-

plined, intelligent investing - not emotional speculation.
