• Rwanda, other countries or organizations ex. UN

• Tell the citizens about industry and how it works• Have the plan set by 2015 • Hold a presentation to leaders and important

people in Rwanda • To improve the economy which will improve

everyday lives and the government

Starting an Industry

• Rwanda, other countries and organizations• Start opening factories• Factories will be up and running by 2017• Will have received donations and help by

organizations and wealthier countries• So they can get on their feet and start a whole

new economy to help the government

Offering education

• Rwanda’s citizens and children• They will need an education to start working in

factories and learning to read and write• By 2013, some schools will be open and public for

children and older citizens who do not have an education

• Get organizations and countries to help open schools

• In order to start a better economy, the citizens must have an education

Reducing the Unemployment Rate and Starting Cities

• Citizens, the government, other organizations and countries• After starting an industry, cities will be built so people can

live near their work places• Cities will be built or starting to be built by 2020• After they’ve started their industry, they will have employed

more people and made more money by exporting goods• By building cities, people will have the opportunity to live

near their jobs and go to work easily. People will start to immigrate to cities and get jobs so the unemployment rate will go down

Start building industry

Offer the education

When you start the industry plan, it will create jobs and people will have a better living. When people start to get jobs, their kids will need an education. Then you start the schools and offer a better education and this will start a prosperous country. People can work in manufacturing and any job they go to school for.
