Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
All RTOs are registered and audited against the AQTF standards for RTOs
It is a requirement of registration for an RTO to document business and strategic plans
An RTO needs to have documented strategies, processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and equitable practices
Quality arrangements for clients include:
Enrolment and induction or orientation Complaints, grievances and appeals Assessment, including recognition of prior
learning (RPL), pre-assessment and appeals
Identification of training support requirements, for example language, literacy or numeracy needs
