subject to a Joint Venture operation.  

 

Each and every condition, as well as the step by step process 

mentioned for private projects, remain the same except for the equity 

participation requirement. 

 

For a project 100% Government owned, no equity participation will be 

requested. 

 

A Letter of Intent (LOI) leading to a  Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) 

must be issued by the Central Bank of the country involved with the 

project.  

 

The Central Bank must present an endorsement from one of their  

foreign correspondence banks, and that bank must be from one of the 

25 major banks in the World.  A list will be made available.  

 

No guarantee or collateral should be requested for such endorsement by 

the foreign correspondence bank. 

 

First step, send us your project Executive Summary.  

Second step, we will send you our Non­ Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for 

mutual signatures.  

 

Third step, we will send you detailed information on the procedure and 

an example of a LOI for your Central Bank. We will assist you and advise 

you on the process every step of the way. We will maintain regular and 

close contact with you by Email, phone and Skype to make sure all 

steps are clear. 

 

All types of humanitarian and industrial projects are accepted. 

Nevertheless each project must be of a minimum value of US$ 11 

Million, no upper limit.
