RAVENSWOOD BANK — Chicago, IL Premier small business and commercial real estate lender on the north side of Chicago.

President and Chief Lending Officer, August 2005 to August 2010

Managed collection effort from 2008 through closing in August 2010. Recruited and managed workout

professionals, attorneys, receivers, realtors, property managers and contractors. Completed busted lot subdivision and condo conversion projects. Developed innovative strategies to collect loans. Managed

all lending activities and assisted with other banking activities including establishing a successful

branch in Mt. Prospect and recruiting small business lenders to diversify the loan portfolio prior to the

financial storm from 2005 to 2008.

Key Results-Workouts:

Played a key role in reducing non-performing loans by $59 million over six-quarters by using

innovative programs, maintaining relationships with realtors, investors and collection

professionals and negotiating forbearance programs, deeds in-lieu, short sales, leases and other

transactions to maximize the return of principal to the bank. Developed “Prime The Pump”

Program to convert busted non-performing, condo projects to performing assets.
