The Honesty, Unity, Love and Loyalty for Self-Reliance Association Inc. is a duly registered pro-government Association with Securities and Exchange Commission committed in the total campaign against poverty and criminality. One of our dreams is the abolition of poverty as it is a reflection of our ruling principle on which our Vision and Mission are based. The interests, objectives and needs of the poor working people take precedence over those of the rest. We believe that the interests, objectives and needs of the poor working people are best served not by the leveling down of anybody but by raising the living conditions of the poor. If we help raised their conditions we help the government particularly the law enforcers in minimizing criminalities and contribute to the development and progress, of our country. PROFILE BACKGROUNDThe profile of a military officer who hails from Agoo, La Union, reveals that he was commissioned as 2Lt. in the regular force, Philippine Constabulary, Armed Forces of the Philippines in 1972. His name is EDUARDO FORTES ORPILLA who after a series of promotions, and retirement in 2004, is now PENSIONER GENERAL. At present, the young officer has grown in all aspects; in age, in education and experience.A GOLD CROSS MEDALIST for gallantry in action during an encounter with heavily armed Communist Terrorist at Babu Puti hill, Sta. Rita Masinloc, Zambales on April 8, 1983 and subsequently, resulted to the surrender (Balik-loob) of 2,212 Communist Terrorist Sympathizers / Supporters.Awarded Medalya ng Kadakilaan (PNP Heroism Medal).GENERAL EDUARDO F. ORPILLA was adjudged as the BEST NARCOM ( now PDEA) officer of the year 1990 (Nationwide) after a series of successful operations against the TOP DRUG LORDS of the International Bamboo Gang and 14K during his stint as Commanding Officer, Special Operations Unit which is the Striking force of the Narcotics command at the time.Presently, he is the International President and Chairman at the same time the Supremo and Founder of the GUARDIANS FORCES BROTHERHOOD INTERNATIONAL with more than 200,000 members here and abroad.
