We are privileged to have Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Jawad Khoori as our Chairman and Co-Founder.

Mr. Khoori is a highly experienced successful UAE National Businessman who was also employed in Dubai Government for a no of years. Because he was educated in the UnitedStates he is constantly aware of global trends and therefore is able to positively contributeto ensure our business is continually aligned with these trends, hence always bringing the best to the table.

His passion in supporting local UAE National and Expatriate communities to alleviate theirburden of debt and fostering debt recovery via effective Remedial methods, is what inspiredhis involvement in EFFRS. He believes that there is a way for people to recover and continueliving peacefully in his country. Hence his desire is to positively contribute to this process.

He maintains an ‘Open Door’ policy for all which makes him a leader for the company.

South African born Theda Muller is a seasoned experienced UAE Visionary Entrepreneur, Mentor, Writer and published Author of her two Embrace Financial Freedom Books on Debt Recovery. She continues to write weekly articles on the subject of debt for a Dubai Newspaper to date. She is a UAE resident for almost two decades having established a few companies in the UAE during her tenure.

Theda is an IT/Telecoms/ITIL Engineer, Consultant and Trainer by profession, also anExperienced banker, banking auditor, regional bank manager, collections agent and has vast UAE Legal experience.

Her involvement with fully supporting UAE communities facing a debt-crisis has evolved over the past five years and hence the initiation of EFFRS due to the huge demand for support.

She therefore personally trains the staff in all aspects of the business, which is a continualeffective process, ensuring quality Service Deliverables to all clients.

Our Internal Policies

⫷Our company is governed by a stringent ‘Code of Conduct’.⫷We review new client cases by applying Financial Institution Due Diligence policies.⫷ We therefore evaluate the viability of each application in line with policies.⫷ We secure all official relevant documentation to qualify a client.⫷ Dual checks and approvals by two Officers are secured prior to proceeding.⫷ Debt exposure and associated risks are also evaluated.⫷ We ensure the client has verified their capability to repay their restructured debt.⫷ Upon receipt of any application we apply CPV (Client Phone Verification) policies.⫷ Binding a client to our contract is necessary to ensure taking ownership and sealing their commitment, because failing to apply these measures means a lack of responsibility. So the commitment is significant in this process.⫷ We try our utmost to release most of the responsibility to the client with our monitoring measures in place, as it serves as a lesson to refrain from repetition.

Who are our Clients?

1. Debtors facing a Debt-Crisis

o Debtors who are generally engulfed with emotional fear to scared to approach Banks.o We provide a neutral environment to discuss their debt situation.o We request all key information to ascertain their debt exposure.o After assessment if viable, we then request all official documentation to be submitted to their Bank Creditors.o We undertake our Due Diligence and once approved and completed it is submitted for review and response from Banks.o We mediate and facilitate the entire process whatever the outcome.o We also guide the Debtor during this process and fully support them, however we expect them to conform to our policies and that of the Bank during this time.o Once the process is completed the Debtor is able to repay their payments on time, without any delinquency or excessive charges and hence their debt is reduced, so is their exposure and DBR, which we project at 50-55%, in line with Central Bank policy.

oWe provide neutral ground for your clients to take ownership for their debt.oWe secure the clients approval to proceed with the decided route to repay their debt.oWe secure the required documentation and finance instruments as per your policy.oWe adhere to your policy, tender our request submission on the clients behalf and facilitate the process with your Representatives.o We fully support your Bank to reduce the risk of not recouping the debt.o We follow-up on EMI’s once the process is completed for a fixed period as amicably agreed by both of our Parties.o We ensure the Client goes to the requested location to conclude the new Agreement and provide all requested signatures and/or additional financial instruments.o We serve as a mediator between you Bank and your Debtor.o We also get to build sound Partner relationships with your designated Team to ensure a continuous seamless process for all Parties.

2. Other Companies and Real Estate Investors

oWe provide Loans and Overdues Settlements and/or Rescheduling to Companies.o We also provide the same services to local and overseas Real Estate Investors who wish to recover their investment funding, perhaps in the case of cancelled projects or similar. Here we have a sterling reputation and have worked closely with key Real Estate Property Developers from inception of construction in the UAE and to date we have a 100% recovery record.o No matter the scope of work for each Agreement, they are individually tailored as the requirement and objective varies in each instance.o We work very closely with our Clients to ensure a seamless process, whilst building the trust, capability, dependability and reliability of our Services.o Our Clients are updated as per the progress but are always aware of the current status.o A Client does not have to be in the UAE for us to undertake these tasks as we have many international Clients whom we serve at any time for years.o We are flexible to accommodate our Clients requests and respect their expectations.

Our Agreement Policies

⫺We do not levy any advance or upfront Fees for our Services.⫺These are payable at the end of specific terms, based on our performance.⫺Commissions are payable to EFFRS upon securing restructured Debtor EMI’s.⫺We are open to Banks specific Agreements and to amicably derive at a decision.⫺ We are also open to discussing an initial 3 Month ‘Pilot Phase’ to test the process.⫺ Our preference is complete transparency between Teams, as it alleviates problems.⫺ We are totally committed to both Debtor and Creditor Parties, therefore the concluded Agreement is respected and honoured to the highest degree.⫺ Our business is based on referrals within this segment therefore we honour our Word for a continuity of business, which is imperative.⫺ Hence we operate with integrity.⫺ Official documents are key therefore we maintain pristine records of all transactions and interactions with official Parties which is a core component of our Best Practice Standards Policy.⫺ We also offer Banks the opportunity to outsource their Remedial business component to EFFRS where we have made provision for separate offices for Banks who need this facility.
