Social Responsibility

It is important because the big corporations make a ton of money so they should use it to contribute to the well-being of a community. Without it some communities would not look good because they would be lacking money.

SourcesNonrenewable sources are sources that

cannot be reused and take thousands or millions of years to be remade. Oil, Coal

Renewable resources are sources that can be reused and can replenish over a fairly short amount of time. Solar Power, Wind Power.

Employee Benefits

It is important because without Employee Benefits make the workers want to stay at the certain business.

Google: Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings, College Savings Plan

SAS: Company Paid Vacation – Three weeks per year to start and four weeks per year after 10 years of employment, Paid Sick Days, Flexible Work Schedules (subject to manager’s approval) , Jury Duty, Military and Funeral Leaves, 11 Paid Holidays

economic decisions. It decides what tariffs, embargos, and quotas to put on. It controls where the imports are coming from and the exports are going to.

National: controls exports and imports, puts embargos and tariffs in place, largest corporations

State: deals with corporations in the state, regulates how products will get to state

Local: services needed for good society, police and fire protection, health services
