Sustainable Development
Virgin Atlantic Foundation, a UK registered charity, was set up in 2003 and was created to support the welfare of children and young people through funds raised from Virgin Atlantic’s community investment programme.
In 2010 we partnered with Free The Children. The partnership has been more successful than the we could ever have hoped for.
Free The Children has been capturing the hearts and minds of Virgin Atlantic staff since the partnership began. In fact, it has inspired Virgin Atlantic employees, partners and customers to raise over £3 million for projects at home and overseas.

dreams and money to spend, it is airlines depending on the tourism industry. That is why airlines
