RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS

HQ MEMBERS

PART-TIME WORKERS
Students over 16 (for legal reasons) 5-10 Only hired for each specific event They are coordinated by the local coordinator They organise the venue, host the event….
EMPLOYEE WAGES
Part time workers: around 7€/hour (above average for student job)
(No social taxes after student employees) Permanent workers: around 30€/hour
