WORKWORK INJURYINJURY
National Insurance Institute Research and Planning Administration
Work Injury Insurance began in 1954 and provides compensation to persons disabled as a result of work injury.A medical board determines the injured person’s disability degree in accordance with (medical) tests stipulated in the law.
When the injured person is not capable of returning to his or other work, and his income is reduced, his disability degree may be raised by half of that determined by the medical test.
