✱ 100ml Eisberg

Alcohol Free Rosé

✱ 1⁄2 pink grapefruit

✱ 1⁄2 lemon

✱ Elderfower cordial

✱ 1tsp sugar

✱ Rose petals, to garnish

1 Add 100ml of Eisberg

Alcohol Free Rosé to a

mixing glass. Squeeze

in the juice of the pink

grapefruit and lemon.

2 Add enough elderfower

cordial to serve and then

the sugar.

3 Stir well and strain into

a sugar-rimmed glass

4 Sprinkle with rose petals

to serve.

Five Valleys loco coco✱ 25ml Five Valleys Coconut

& Kaffr Lime Cordial

✱ 25ml gin

✱ Small handful of fresh

coriander

✱ Ice cubes and crushed ice

✱ Sparkling water, chilled

✱ Lime peel, coiled

1 Place the cordial, gin,

coriander and a few ice

cubes in a cocktail shaker

and shake vigorously.

2 Strain, pour into a glass

and top with chilled

sparkling water.

3 Add crushed ice and

lime peel to decorate.

all of the ingredients.

2 Mix thoroughly

and top with more

crushed ice, then

garnish with mint

leaves and fresh

strawberries to serve.
