SOMEBENCHMARKS
Acronyms UsedAttack Efficiency Also known as Hitting Percentage, efficiency = (kills-errors-block stuffs)/total
attack attempts
First Ball Efficiency
Same as efficiency but only included first ball attempts, kills, errors, and block stuffs
Error/Overpass % error receptions + Overpass receptions/total reception attempts
Kill % % of attacks that result in a kill
Stuffed % % of attacks that result in a stuff block by the opponent
All these statistics can be easily kept using pencil and paper by keeping count of total attempts for attacking and passing. And using a different symbol for kills, errors, and stuffs.
