FOR YOUR HEALTH
What is something we are
concerned about the older we
get? For me, it’s falling or
bumping into a door edge or something that will cause me
to say, “that will be a bruise”.
Gee, a fall can put us in the
hospital!
In the Stretch and Flex class we
have an acronym called “PTC”.
The more we remind ourselves
of PTC, the less likely we are to
fall. Want to know what it is?
Come to our Stretch and Flex
class to find out! We always
have a couple of chairs for
visitors to come and observe.
Who knows? Afterward you
might say, “I can do that. I’ll
start coming and participating.” And, of course, you will find out
what PTC means. -Mike Leath
