VEGETABLE GARDENCLASS NL

OUR IDEA• We think it would be a very innovative idea to build a vegetable

garden in the school grounds. People and teachers and mums and dads will benefit if they like our idea .

• Also it’s a new idea and it looks nice . It will

last a long time . We also hope to build a recycled bottle greenhouse.

The pupils can pick vegetables for school lunches . Children will learn how to grow vegetables . It links to Kafuro because their school grows vegetables too. We could send pictures of our greenhouse to Kafuro

so they might build one too.

• We asked class DC what they thought of our idea. 50 % thought the greenhouse idea was

good.

BUDGET

• We need wood,cement, flower pots, seeds...to make our vegetable garden. The plastic bottles will hopefully be donated by the villagers so will be FREE. We worked out we need £231.50 to build it.
