Version as of October 31, 2014 1
unh.edu/cpa Communication and Public Affairs (CPA) has created a selection of Branded Materials for use across the university. These materials have been designed and approved to the highlight the UNH brand while also delivering the information and messaging that individual departments want to share. University Printing Services has worked closely with CPA to create materials that allow for quick and easy modification of the example templates to suit your unique needs and requirements.
• Use this document as a guide - to share the information with others and in planning your design prior to completing the online form to submit your design to Printing Services.
• Many of the designs feature photographs, a portfolio of preselected photographs are available via our Branded Materials Photo Gallery. We will periodically add new photos to this gallery to offer a variety of brand appropriate photos throughout the year.
• The iBelieve image will only be used on materials created for Advancement
Instructions To submit your design to Printing Services complete the online form. The information will be sent directly to Printing Services.
1. Complete the online form 2. Select the image(s) you would like to use (if applicable) 3. Click Submit
You should complete the form two weeks from the required delivery date. Multiple edits after submission will slow the process – we suggest editing your copy and getting all internal approvals prior to submission to avoid delays.
All text used in UNH materials should be edited by a qualified proofreader. While you will see a final proof of your project before it prints. You should make any and all edits necessary before uploading the information to printing services. Multiple edits after submission to Printing Services will slow the process. Many of us work on projects that require various levels of internal approvals. Complete as many of those approvals as possible before submitting your project.
When selecting photographs we suggest engaging, interesting, action type photos. Select something to capture the attention of the audience.

Communications and Public Affairs (CPA) Branded Materials - Postcards
Version as of October 31, 2014 2
The branded postcard designs have been created to provide a clean and simple platform for use across the university when sending information in postcard format. The backs of each are designed to accommodate mailing addresses. In selecting a template go with the option that best suits the information you are conveying. Postcard A: This design has limited detailed information on the front – a great option if you have a very engaging photograph and a catchy phrase you want to use to grab the audience’s attention. The back simply conveys event details.
Postcard B: This design allows for key dates and times on the front of the postcard. The back has an area for inserting a few call out messages and a large block section for text.
