Area 54 UFO Instructions

The Testor Corporation seeks to neither confirm nordeny the existence of UFOs. While study of thesubject is of interest, verification of claims requiresoverwhelming physical proof. As of this date suchproof does notexistin Testorfiles.

Designer John Andrews has devoted much of hislife to the investigation of UFOs. This instructionmanual is based on his research. What followsis the story in his words.

BACKGROUND

UFO sightings were common duringWorld War II. Called Faa Fighters, balls oflight joined groups of airplanes, flew withthem, then broke off and disappeared. Theywere harmless but could not be explained.

After the war objects continued to beseen in the skies throughout the world.Discs were likened to pieces of pottery- dinner plates and cup saucers. The termFlying Saucer was soon in common use. Then a new identifier, Unidentified FlyingObjects - UFOs - emerged.

Objects were caught on film andvideotape as well as being seen on radar.Governments created study groups andissued reports. The reports often attemptedto explain away the objects as naturalphenomena while adding the phrase,"...UFOs appear to not be a threat to ournational security..." Many sightings werenever explained. Efforts were made tolaugh sightings away and to make peoplewho reported UFOs appear as buffoons. Afew were. The tactic did not work with manyintelligent and experienced individuals whostood firm in telling what they saw.

In July of 1947 a UFO allegedly crashednear Roswell, New Mexico. It was saidsmall bodies were recovered along withparts of the damaged craft. On July 8th theUnited States Army Air Corps announced ithad recovered a flying saucer. The next dayAir Corps Headquarters hastely retractedtheir own story. Individuals involved with theincident ,have maintained it did happen andover the years additional people have come

forward, some on their death bed, to tell oftheir involvement and to acknowledge thetruth of the initial story. The case is now, in1994, under investigation by the U.S.General Accounting Office.

Unlike the United States government, the Belgian Air Force, coming to grips with awave of sightings in 1990, did admit toUFOs over their territory. Belgian F-16pilots had visual and radar contact with theUFOs but when they attempted to close onthe craft the UFOs sped off. UnidentifiedFlying Objects appeared, at least to onegovernment, very real.

50 years of UFO reports have beenlooked at - sometimes with awe; manytimes with laughter. Military pilots andairline pilots; radar technicians andscientists; and leaders of great nationshave seen UFOs and have shown interestin the subject. A few nations have admittedto spending large sums of money investi-gating the topic.

Technologies on Earth have rapidlyevolved. We have sent craft from Earth tothe outer limit of our own solar system. Andnow we can see well beyond that limit. Isthere intelligent life out there? Perhaps theanswer was given us in 1947 with the abovecited Roswell crash. We should be askinganother question: Have there been other.crashes?

If you talk with physicist Bob Lazar theanswer appears to be a loud, Yes!! Lazarworked in the nuclear lab at Los Alamos,New Mexico. Later he worked on a flyingcraft he claims was not made on this planet. He worked on it at a place known to someas S 4. S 4 is separated from the Area 51flight test facility at Groom Lake, Nevada, bythe Papoose Range of mountains. The siteis said to be built into the western slopes ofthe mountains, east of and adjacent toPapoose Dry Lake. It is very remote.

Congressmen attempting to visit thearea are told they can't go because the areais radioactive. So indeed they are told...

No. 576-"It was evening...theycalled me outside to seesomething. It rose about40 feet in the air. Therewas some distortion on thebottom - like acorona. Itstood there. Stable. Silent.Just a little wobble, norotation. It was awesome!"Bob Lazar, 25 Nov 1990

Lazar said 9 UFOs were housed at S 4and he worked on one of them in the timeperiod of 1988-89. He saw it operate. Hesaw metal in one section of the craft turn aclear blue color and strange writing scrolledon its interior surface. He saw the ship riseand hover over the desert floor. It wassilenLwith only a slight wobble in flight. Hesaw posters on lab walls that humorouslysaid, "They're here!"

The craft Lazar claimed he worked on- he called it the Sport Model - is modeledhere. Done in 1/48th scale it has a 13 inchdiameter while the actual craft is 52 feet indiameter. Lazar said power cOmesfrom ananti-matter nuclear reactor in near perfectthermodynamic balance. The propulsionforce is gravity, created, amplified, andvector directed aboard the craft. He added-that time, as we know it, is altered and, when at full power, light is distorted aroundthe vehicle.

Bob Lazar cooperated fully with thisresearcher. He provided me with his W-2tax statement. Using the Freedom ofInformation Act, I contacted the InternalRevenue Service, Naval InvestigativeService Command and a prominent nuclearphysicist Lazar said assisted in his gettingthe research position at S 4. Correspon-dence, back and forth, took well over.a year, then stopped but without answe(s to myquestions regarding Lazar's work. I finallyasked all 3 groups to tell me if Bob Lazarwas a liar. Not one person in a position totruly know ever suggested Bob Lazar wasnot telling the truth. The mail stoppedcoming and I was stonewalled in my quest.for the truth.

It is possible this kit is the world's firstauthentic plastic scale model of a flyingcraft designed and built on a planet of a starsystem outside our own Solar system.

Enjoy your kit and watch the skies. Welive in interesting times......John Andrews
