Suzi was ready to realize her potential.
KM Training Ltd offered Suzi a chance to
prepare for work through their
Hairdressing Traineeship programme.
Through her work placement at Kieran
Mullin Ltd she has improved her salon
hairdressing skills. Suzi aims to achieve
her NVQ 2 Hairdressing qualification in
the near future. She has also updated
her CV and work preparation skills.
A Traineeship gave Suzi the
chance to gain her NVQ 2

months on the programme. Suzi
will increase her chance of
employment by completing her
qualification in NVQ 2 Hairdressing,
improving her employability skills
and by having real work salon
