What Reports Look Like

This is a sample report created using TimeXchange.net where the project owner opted for “timecard” reporting. This report includes time in/out, duration, tasks, descriptions, rates, costs and billings. Report details vary by the person’s role and the type of project (timecard or timesheet) selected at setup.

Setting up a Project on TimeXchange.net is Easy

Step 1. Setup a project. Is it “me only” or do you have a team? If “me only” is selected the wizard does not prompt the project owner to build a team.

Step 2. Tell us about your role on the project. Originators of a project can assume any role including worker.


Step 3. Are you tracking your time and/or approving others? Do you have a cost and bill rate? How many hours are allocated to you on the project?

Step 5. Tell us who submits time for approval . “Workers” can be employees or outside contractors. There is no limit to the number of people you can add.
