Foreword
Rigout is a new clothing a lifestyle store, the store takes influences from the 80’s casuals era. The shop concept from the brands stocked, music played and products sold takes influence from the 80’s Casuals and brings it into the modern era. The casuals movement is still very much alive within modern society with a string of British and European brand bringing out clothing with ties to the era and bringing out clothing that takes a modern twist on the fashion that preceded it. You can see by the numbers of young men starting to take influence from bygone era’s and by dressing in these new brands bring the movement into the modern fashion scene.
The series of British and European brands that have evolved over the last 10 years bring a element of sophistication and smart style into iconic cuts and garments. Brands such as A.P.C, YMC, Nudie Denim, Oliver Spencer, Battenwear and Our Legacy. These also complement and sit superbly next to the original brands of the 80’s that have continued to evolve as the movement has changed, brands such as: Stone Island, Henri Lloyd, Fjallraven, Clarks Originals, Engineered Garments and Dockers.
Rigout brings together all these brands in one store and creates a unique experience for a new era of casuals; the casual that is cultured, informed and stylish.
These our the stores choices of the key rigouts for Spring/Summer ‘13. In keeping with the hope that we get a nice sunny summer, the bring shorts are out in force; but also in keeping with the reality that we’ll have a not so sunny summer there are a few warmer, more weather proof peices to keep you warm and dry. Also included are some smarter looks for those days in the office, summer meals out or a sophisticated night out.
