Horon is the regional folk dance in Black Sea Region.
It’s the most rhythmic dance all of them.

Baklava
Baklava is a traditional Turkish Dessert. The city
of Gaziantep is well–known with its Baklava
desserts.
İSKENDER KEBAP:
İskender Kebap is one of the most famous meat food of northwestern Turkey and takes its name from its
inventor , İskender Efendi, who lived in Bursa in the late 19th
century.
Kuru Fasulye(Dry Bean):
Dry bean is stewed bean dish in
Turkish Cuisine. Dry bean is usually
Served with rice or bulgur.
Mantı :
The consist of a spiced meat mixture, usually lamb or ground beef in a
dough wrapper, and either boiled or steamed. Size and shape vary
siginificantly depending on the geographical location.
ŞİŞ KEBAP :
It’s probably the best known(lamb)
Turkish dish. It’s always served with vegetables like onion, green
pepper and tomatoes. You can eat it with lavash bread.
LAHMACUN :Lahmacun is a round, thin piece of dough
topped with minced meat and minced vegetables and including onions,
tomatoes and parsley, then baked. Lahmacun is often served with
ayran or şalgam and wrapped around vegetables, including pickles, tomatoes,
peppers, onions,lettuce, and roasted eggplant
LOKMA :
Lokma is a traditional Turkish dessert made of flour, sugar, yeast
and served bathed with syrup or honey. Lokma was first cooked by the sultan's cooks
at Ottoman Empire palaces, and for centuries, it was unknown how it was made. After the 20th century, it became a tradition for Turks to cook and serve lokmas to neighbours and
visitors.
SARMA (Leaf Rolls):
It is one of the best dish in Turkish food culture. We suggest you to
serve it with yogurth .It’s made by wrapping grape or cabbage leaves with minced meat, rice and onion.

Every year on 23rd of April we celebrate National Sovereıgnty and child day . It’s very important for us because It is the only festival in the world which is given to the children as a present by Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK the founder of Turkish
Republic .
NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY AND CHILDREN’S DAY
On 29th of September Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK founded the
Turkish Republic.And every year we celebrate this
day with a great vigoraus.
REPUBLIC DAY
These two festivals are Religious Feast for Muslims. We spend these
holy days especially with our families and neighbours.We have a huge meal with our family and we
served dessert and sweets.
