GARDEN OFFICE SPECIFICATION

Floor:A rigid construction made from 18mm tongue and groove boards on 65mm x 40mm tanalised bearers.

Roof:EPDM rubber roof on 18mm tongue and groove boards on 125mm x 44mm roof purlins with a 300mm roof canopy to the front and a 200mm overhang to the sides and back.

Doors:Joinery made timber 3 door bi-fold system 2250mm wide x 1860mm high secured within frame fitted with a 5 lever mortice lock.

Windows:2x Joinery made full length timber windows including top opening casement 640mm wide x 1750mm high secured within frame fitted with lock.

Glass:14mm thick double glazed (28mm available)

Timber options:Tanalised: 18mm hidden nail profile redwood cladding is a high quality timber which has had a preservative vacuum injected into the heart of the wood, protecting it from the inside out and itís guaranteed against rot for 15 years

Thermowood: 18mm hidden nail profile cladding is a specially kiln heated redwood timber. The kiln process removes moisture and resin, producing a timber with reduced moisture content and enhanced physical properties, including a resistance to mould and decay.

Cedar: 18mm hidden nail profile cladding is the highest quality of timber that we provide; it is as durable and sustainable as it is beautiful. The rich colour and solidity add outstanding quality and an extensive life span.

Our Contemporary Garden Offices are 2.5m high, so do not usually require planning permission.

Our Garden Offices are installed as standard with a 75mm Acoustic Insulation to the walls with a vapour barrier, 40mm Insulation to the floor, roof and includes an internal boarded finish to the walls and roof. There are options to include our electrical package, laminate flooring and a professional external sprayed preservative to your building. Upgrades are also available to high specification Aluminium doors and windows.

Tunstall Garden Buildings design and construct bespoke venues, timber club

houses, offices and pavilions. Our buildings can be constructed in a range of

timber finishes including Tanalised Redwood, Thermowood and Cedar.

Our Pavilions are manufactured to suit your own requirements and space can

be optimised to give you the best use out of the facilities required. Whether your

grounds or garden is large or small, contemporary or traditional, you’ll find

a Pavilion in our range to suit your taste perfectly. Our joinery shop can offer you

an extensive choice of windows and doors to enhance any building, as well as

a range of roof finishes and colours.

Our timber workshops have exceptional workmanship and design and are supplied by industry leaders in this field. We have show sites in

Staffordshire where you can view the quality of our products first hand. You can purchase a standard timber workshop or we can design

a building to suit your requirements though our bespoke design service. A timber workshop can be supplied and delivered anywhere in the UK.

Our garages are created to enhance your property and create an ideal storage and work space. Here you will find a selection of wooden garages,

made for traditional vehicle storage. Our timber garage range is designed to last, and all of our wooden garages have been built to very high

specifications. They take pride of place in your garden, and we’re very pleased to present to you, a strong and sturdy building. At Tunstall Garden

Buildings we design and make beautiful timber garages, the superior alternative to a concrete construction, with advantages of a warm and
