The 7 Most Popular Excuses Why Not To Build a Startup
Day after day I hear about new ideas for startups.
Only about the ideas.
They don’t even try to implement them.
Why?
Well, they will always find some reason. Some excuse.
Let’s face them. Let’s face all of the most popular excuses.
Most Popular Excuses Why Not To Build a Startup7
1I don’t have time.
We all have the same number of minutes per day. We all have 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
2I don’t have money.
You don’t need to have a lot of money to build a startup. You can find one, two or three co-founders
and do as much as you can on your own.
3I don’t have skills.
Go to school, attend to conferences and meetups, try some online (or offline) trainings and courses.
And train, train, train.
4I have a full-time job.
Start waking up earlier, work at night, at weekends. Want to build the business? Work!
5I don’t know people.
Oh really? So build connections.
6There’s something similar
on the market already.
There could be a ton of companies like yours. If you have a really good product, you know
how to promote and sell it – you can still win.
7I have a family.
A wife, kids, mortgage.
Talk to them. Explain everything to them, ask them for help.
And try to work when they sleep or are outside the house.
If you really want to build a business – simply do it and
don’t look for excuses.
