Mobile Mixed Waste Incinerator ~ Specification
GENERAL
This incinerator is designed for the destruction of combustible waste generated from Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Centres include Pharmaceutical Items, Drugs, DVDs / VCDs, lllegal Books, Magazines, Plant & Vegetable, Deceased Animals and etc.
The "PYROLYTIC GASIFICATION" process involves the controlled combustion of waste under substoichiometric condition.
Prevents :
The development of black smoke and formation of fine dust when waste loadings.
It enables :
A regular and complete waste combustion.
Its advantages are as follows :
A controlled combustion providing the absence of coloured, dust covered or odorous smokes.
An automatic operation that does not need any surveillance.
A limited fuel consumption.
The incinerators with "PYROLYTIC" combustion essentially include :
1°) One waste combustion chamber.
One perfectly impervious door for manual or automatic (optional) waste loading.
One ignition burner whose use is limited to waste ignition.
2°) A waste gas secondary (post-combustion) chamber.
One waste gas combustion burner, of low power,
One air injection device enabling a complete gas recombustion,
One air admission device for cooling burnt waste gas,
One burnt waste gas exhaust duct
3°) One PLC process control panel that monitors and control the complete combustion cycle.
4°) Flue Gas Treatment Dry Lime Scrubber
One Dry Scrubber to absorb SO2 and HCL,
One spray injection system to inject atomized lime slurry in a vessel,
One air admission device for cooling burnt waste gas,
One burnt waste gas exhaust duct
