We’re known in the Stroke Recovery community!

Make new friends. Stroke survivors like you,

who understand and accept who you are now.

Every stroke is different, but there is a strong

connection with those who have been through

similar situations. Through recovery and

rehabilitation, you relearn or regain basic skills:

Speaking, Eating, Dressing and Walking.

Some of our members, find comfort in gentle

exercises, like Tai Chi, which increases blood

circulation, physical capabilities and well-being.

Take better care of yourself!

Take on a responsibility--keep track of group

activities by: taking pictures of the group,

collecting coffee funds and taking orders for

hot lunch. Help plan special occasions--

You’ll be glad you did!
