Kaboodle’s Canine Tip:
If you stick the soaked Mat or Vestin the refrigerator for 15 minutes,the excess water begins toevaporate. It won’t feel so wet, butit will have super-cooling power!Also, the outside of the Mat or Vestwill be wet but the underside, thepart of the Vest next to my backwill be drier. I don’t much careabout a little wetness, it’s hot andmy black saddle back really soaksup the sun. Besides that, I overheatpretty quickly and I don’t want toget heat exhaustion.

How to Get the Most Out Of Your Doggie Mat or Vest:1. Put the HyperKewl Doggie Cooling Mat or Cooling Vest into a
bowl of cold water. Or maybe fill the sink and use that. It takesabout 30 minutes to plump up (that’s the cooling fiberssaturating).
2. Once you take the HyperKewl Doggie Cooling Mat or CoolingVest out of the bowl, you can brush off some of the excesssurface water, but keep in mind that plenty of water is stillcontained in those cooling fibers inside the Mat or Vest. It’s thosecooling fibers filled with water that keep your doggie cool, sodon’t try to wring the HyperKewl product out. The more water inthe cooling fibers, the longer the cooling effect lasts.
3. HyperKewl Doggie Cooling Mats and Vests are made of a quiltednylon, so excess water may bead up, and the Mat or Vest mightfeel wet at first. Personally (it’s Kaboodle talking), I get a littleagitated when drops of water get on me, so I have my ownerwipe the Mat or Vest down with a dry cloth so it’s dry on theoutside. The Mat or Vest still feels nice and cool but those nastydrips are taken care of.
4. The Mat or Vest stays hydrated for a few days and you canreactivate it quickly. Better yet, you can put in the refrigerator tokeep cold for the next day.
5. Washing the Mat or Vest should be done by handwith a mild soap. Then just hang to dry. You can reuseyour HyperKewl product thousands of times.
