Summary

Prior to SWAT implementing the FSR BI platform the field sales reporting function was manual, resource heavy and time consuming and prone to error. At the same time the Cadbury source systems were integrating into the Kraft environment. In addition to these factors the business need dictated that the measures / KPI’s would constantly change and therefore a standard OLAP based BI solution would not suffice. SWAT built a core SQL based reporting solution supported by a custom administration console facilitating the easy administration of changing measure and KPI’s.
