About Parker
50+ year Norfolk native.
30+ years in real estate. Real estate needs to be fun! Parker grew up in a real estate family. His father was a managing partner/owner of Cooke & Neff for years in downtown Norfolk. Parker was a managing partner there for 20+ years.
Parker is a Past Board Chairmen of Blocker YMCA. Parker has been a volunteer, instructor, and member of the YMCA for 30+ years.
Avid triathlon participant.
Parker has also been an active member of the Sertoma Club of Norfolk for 15+ years.
Graduated from Elon College.

Who We Are
About Susan
40+ year Norfolk native that has seen and understands the exciting area developments. She attended Norfolk Public Schools and grew up in the Ghent Square Community as one of the first residents.
18+ years of experience working with buyers and sellers. Susan’s college studies were Occupational and Technical Studies with a Minor in Marketing. While at Old Dominion University she performed an internship with Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler Commercial Real Estate Company. Between the internship and her personal real estate background, she decided that a real estate career was her calling. In addition to her studies, she devel-oped marketing, management, and computer skills from her professional background that allow her to sell properties with efficient and effective marketing.
