"Learn to dance with the universe. My experience – increasingly – over the past several years is that we can learn to work in tune with the universe. Often when we are in flow, things don't actually come from us, but rather come through us, and it is our work to learn how to be this channel, and how to access flow."

KEY LEARNING POINTS
ü Self-awareness
Through lots of new things and challenges experienced when working in a new environment, interns are likely to develop their “sense of self”- to understand better about their personal strengths, weaknesses, interests, personal values, beliefs, etc
ü Social impact
Interns are granted the chance to develop the young generation of Vietnam through many socially based activities, hence, they will be more aware of their ability to create a social impact.
ü Action-oriented
A fascinating but challenging working environment our project presents comes with a wide range of difficulties that must be faced during the internship, so interns are required to be action-oriented and dare to try new things and approach.
ü Cultural understanding
Interns who join the program have the chance to research and learn about world issues, culture, history, architecture, cuisine, language, economy and the people in the host country. They will also gain global mindset when working in a team with many nationalities
