GENERAL NOTES:
1. The DLC shall have 7 days compressive strength of 10 MPa.
The mix design shall be done as per IRC - 44-2008
2. The mix design for concrete grade M35 for the pavement shall be
carried out as per IRC-44-2008.
No nominal proportioning shall be adopted.
3. The DLC shall have smooth surface for laying the concrete pavement.
PVC sheet of 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour may be laid
in flat with minimum creases as separation layer between DLC and PQC.
4. MC 250 shall be used as form works for the PQC confining the length of
pavement being laid in stretch.
5. The concrete shall be mix in batching plant and compacted using vibratory
roller as per IRC - SP - 68-2005 or by using screed vibratory compactor as
approved by Engineer-in-charge.
6. The following specifications should be referred by Engineer-in-charge.
for detail specification:
a). IRC - 15 - 2011
b). IRC - SP - 68 - 2005
c). IRC - 44 -2008
d). IRC - 58 - 2011
e). MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works.
7. Grade of concrete in Foothpath = M20
8. For details of Rubberised Bitumen Sealant, authorised manufacturer
may be referred.

(SECTION A-A)
GENERAL NOTES:
1. The DLC shall have 7 days compressive strength of 10 MPa.
The mix design shall be done as per IRC - 44-2008
2. The mix design for concrete grade M35 for the pavement shall be
carried out as per IRC-44-2008.
No nominal proportioning shall be adopted.
3. The DLC shall have smooth surface for laying the concrete pavement.
PVC sheet of 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour may be laid
in flat with minimum creases as separation layer between DLC and PQC.
4. MC 250 shall be used as form works for the PQC confining the length of
pavement being laid in stretch.
5. The concrete shall be mix in batching plant and compacted using vibratory
roller as per IRC - SP - 68-2005 or by using screed vibratory compactor as
approved by Engineer-in-charge.
6. The following specifications should be referred by Engineer-in-charge.
for detail specification:
a). IRC - 15 - 2011
b). IRC - SP - 68 - 2005
c). IRC - 44 -2008
d). IRC - 58 - 2011
e). MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works.
7. Grade of concrete in Foothpath = M20
8. For details of Rubberised Bitumen Sealant, authorised manufacturer
may be referred.
9. All dimesions are in MM unless noted
