FCS CONFERENCE: KEEPING FAITHFUL TO THE FAITH IN A POST CHRISTIAN SOCIETY
Bishop Emeritus Fred Henry will be the keynote speaker at the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars, taking place on Friday, Sept. 28 & 29 at
Wingate Wyndham Hotel in Calgary. The Fellowship looks forward to Bishop Emeritus Henry's address as he analyzes the nature and
scope of the challenge to the Faith in Canadian society, which no longer regards Christianity as relevant, having replaced it with a secular
anthropology and relativist morality which views Christianity with antipathy. How might a Christian living in what amounts to a pagan
society keep the Faith? Lively, engaging scholarly debate on important issues in Canada and in the Catholic Church will follow. For more
information, contact 403-220-2973 or register at www.fcsconference.ca

“Be doers of the word and not hearers only…”
JAMES 1:22
It’s easy to understand the definition of stewardship.
The hard part is living it! What do you do to live
God’s word? Do you share your time in prayer with
God? Do you use your talent to help those in need?
Are you generous with your financial resources? If
not, what are you waiting for?
