Social Post Rotator – Beta Group
Hello, and welcome!
We are super excited you can join us with this revolutionary software that’s totally changing the
game for our clients, and we trust it will change the game for you and your clients too!
How Did Social Post Rotator Come About?
Warning: there’s a story coming up, to give you an idea about how the concept came about and why
it’s important for you!
The idea came from the time when I (Eva) was researching for softwares that could help our Social
Media Team at SocialeMedia have their time freed up in order to actually engage with other pages
and users. We were spending SO much time getting posts approved by our clients to ensure the
‘tone’ on the Page was OK, wrecking our brains thinking up of more, engaging content to post on
Facebook pages, and so on.
The concept of Social Media is to be SOCIAL and therefore we saw our team were spending just as
much time trying to create new content (or find old content to recycle) as they were spending doing
customer service on the page, engaging in comments, and so on.
I wanted to ensure that we could bring a lot more value for our clients by freeing up time of our
updaters so they could…well, be social. Not constantly be creating new, exciting content.
We always had the concept of a ‘Posts Bank’ that we kept populated in order to use the content that
engaged many fans in the past, to re-use at a later time.
The ONE thing I wished so badly we could have, was a software we could just populate ONCE with all
these great posts, and have them go out automatically so half of our time was saved! And so we
created it…
Is Social Post Rotator Going To Make Me Money?
Here’s the thing: Social Post Rotator IS the money. The only time investment you’re going to need is
the one to create the posts…it should take you a good hour or two, and even then you can probably
hire someone on oDesk or Elance to create these, and run it by your client. The rest, is just you
inserting it into Social Post Rotator, setting the settings and that’s it. Just don’t forget to invoice
every month.
Of course, you could hike up your monthly fee even more for a more personalized service of
answering questions on their page, monthly reports, and so on. But the most time-consuming task of
monthly Social Media Maintenance is essentially done through one quick CSV file upload!
Have a look at this: we’ve put together some comparisons of Social Media Maintenance being done
by companies around the world below.
These are realistic figures of what you can charge, if you were in the shoes of one of these
companies, had Social Post Rotator and had spent 60-90 minutes creating a Posts Bank of 100
posts for a client (you can obviously add more posts over time to add to this…we’re just showing
what you can achieve with little effort).
(note: this is information freely available online; we are not affiliated with it in any way, and are only providing
these numbers as confidential information for comparison purposes of realistic figures of what you can do too).

***Yes, some of the links above promise more than just posting (and you can too if you want to). However, this
table is supposed to show you that even if you were to offer similar pricing with the promise of posting MORE
posts per month than the low numbers these companies promise (puh-lease! Posting once a week is SO 2008!),
businesses can and WILL pay just as much, if not more for that! And all you’ll need to do to ramp up amounts of
posts going out is change 1 number in the settings in Social Post Rotator! Super Simple!
What Is Social Post Rotator?
Social Post Rotator is seriously my new best friend.
The concept is super revolutionary and trust me, if there was something like this out there, I would
have bought it by now:
1. You create a Facebook App so you can name it anything you want and it lets you connect
with all your Facebook Pages
2. Then, you can create separate ‘Post Banks’ for ALL of your Pages. It means, you can approve
all the posts you want to post to your clients’ pages, and insert them in ONCE. You can add
posts one-by-one when you need, but the true value is in being able to create an Excel
Spreadsheet CSV file, and simply upload it into the Post Bank…within seconds, you have all
your content populated in one place, ready to post to your Facebook Page (remember – you
need to create a new Posts Bank for each Page – maximum customization!)
3. You can then set between what times the post bank goes out (unlike other softwares that
have one timezone, the timezone set here is dependent on your Facebook profile’s timezone
– super handy if you’re helping local businesses)
4. You can also tell the software to either post every X amount of minutes from your Post Bank,
OR how many times a day you want the posts to go out. This is priceless if you are
contracted to someone who determines your success as their Social Media Manager based
on how many times a day you post
5. In the settings of each page, you can get Social Post Rotator to post the posts as they are in
the bank, OR in random order.
6. But the BEST thing about this software, is that if you tick the little ‘Post in Recurring Order’,
the posts you have in your bank will get posted.
What does this mean? This means that every time the software posts a post from your Posts
Bank, it keeps it in there…to post later too!
Literally…if you upload a few hundred posts and leave them to go out with this software, you
can be fully set for months, and even years to come (do make sure the content is still
relevant, but you get the idea).
OK, now that I’ve sold you into it (even though I don’t really need to…you’re already getting all
this for free ) here’s a few things you need to know…
STEP 1: Registration
Register to get access to Social Post Rotator here: http://socialpostrotator.com/register
STEP 2: Create a Facebook App & Save It In The Software
Follow the steps at the end of this document to create your Facebook App & add it to your software
STEP 3: Reconnect with Facebook
Go to the Welcome Tab and click on the ‘Re Connect’ button under the video to connect your
Facebook Profile to the software. You will get some prompts from Facebook asking if you have
permission to connect the App with the software – just click ‘Confirm’ for all.
STEP 4: Start Creating!
Note: As we are still creating Training videos, this is all you need to know about using the software:
Go to the ‘Your Pages’ Tab on the left hand side of the menu, and you should see all your Facebook
Pages in a list get populated here. Just click on any one of those, and do the following:
a) Create a post and see it get populated in your Posts Bank
b) Test out the Upload CSV (don’t forget to download the sample so you can see the template
of how to make it) and see the posts get populated in your Posts Bank
c) Set your Settings first and Save them
d) Head to your Facebook Page you just created the Posts for, and watch them get populated (I
suggest setting the settings to post every 1 minute, so you can check that it works and then
change the settings
e) If you want to stop the posts, just delete all your settings, and click ‘Save’ (if you want to use
the Posts Bank for another page, click on the ‘Export’ Button, and you’ll be able to upload
the exact same file into any other Pages within Social Post Rotator
STEP 5: Remember: You Are Our Superstar!
Because this is just a version for Beta Testers, do bear with us as we update the software, preparing
for the launch in February 2015.
If you find something isn’t working, something that can be improved, or a feature you’d like to see,
please let us know by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] – we will
truly love your feedback. And, if you have case studies of how much time and money this software
saves you, and of course any feedback about clients you gain with it, tell us about that too – we love
showing off YOUR success!
Lastly…
We really look forward to keeping in touch with you!
To Your Online Success,
Eva-Maria & Sam Bakker

you’re OK with this. So in this pop-up, click ‘Confirm’
12. Woo hoo! We’re approved! The App is public, and you don’t need to do anything else – all
you’ll need is the App ID & App Secret for when you set up your posts so just remember
where you can find this App for future reference, and you’re done setting it up!
13. The last step is to go to your Social Post Rotator Software Dashboard, and in the tab
‘Settings’ enter the App ID & Secret from your just-created Facebook App. And you’re done!
You’re not going to need to do this every again for the software. Just click ‘Save’, and that’s
it!
