Valve24V, 50/60 Hz, 3⁄8" NPT electronically-activated solenoid valve provides reliableperformancesincetherearefewmovingparts,anditsoperationisunaffectedbymostchemicals andmineralsoftenpresent inmunicipalwater supplies.Operatingwaterpressurerangeis40–100psi.Flowregulatorkeepsflowrateconstantatallpressures.

Soap DispenserEach hand washing station features an electronic liquid soap dispenser within thebasin area. This eliminates any soap from dripping on counters or onto the floor,minimizing slip hazards and easing cleaning. Each dispenser features an integralcheck valve to hold prime for consistent reliable operation. Dispenser is top filledvia a tamper resistant flip top cover accessed using a spanner wrench (included).Dispenseriscompatiblewithmostliquidsoaps.Soaptankcapacityis64oz.(1893ml).TheAdvocatesoapdispenserfeaturesbuiltin-overflowprotectionutilizinganaudiblechirpthatincreasesindurationwhensoaplevelapproachesfull.Soaplevelindicatorflashesredwhensoapislow.Thesensorusesacollimatedinfraredtransmittingbeamaspartofapositionsensortodetecthands.Sensoractivationrangeis2".Intelligentelectronics allow a maximum of three activations in a 15-second period, limitingtherateatwhichsoapcanbedispensed,preventingwasteanddeterringvandalism.Sensorcanbeactivatedatstartuptoautomaticallyprimesoapdispenser.

Hand DryerEachhandwashingstation featuresan individual infrared-activated,energyefficienthanddryer.Dryercanbeenteredfromthesideimmediatelyafterwashinghands.Thisvirtually eliminates excess water on the floor. The one-of-a-kind dual-sided dryerfeatureswhiteLEDstoilluminatethedryercavitywhileinstand-bymode,andamberLEDs while dryer is active. Dryer sensors can be turned off for 30 seconds whilecleaningdryerarea.Thesensorusesacollimatedinfraredtransmittingbeamaspartofapositionsensortodetecthands.Rangeis4".Thedual-sideddryerwilldryhandsinapproximately15seconds.Thedryernozzlescontainantimicrobialprotectionthatinhibits thegrowthofmicroorganismssuchasbacteria,mold,mildew,andfungus.Dryermotor,locatedinsidethecabinetoftheAdvocate,has3'powercordthatplugsintoastandard20-amp,120-voltoutlet.Easilyaccessiblefilterhousingusesstandardrigidpolyester replacementairfilters.Dryerhasanon/offdisconnectswitch.Dryermustbeunpluggedforanyservice.Handdryerrequiresadedicated20ampcircuit,andmustbeproperlygrounded.GFIcircuitprotectionisrecommended.HanddryerisULlisted.
